Acceptable Use Policy

You may only use FlyReplies to send relevant business email to people you have a lawful reason to contact. You must not:

• Send to purchased consumer lists, scraped personal (non business) addresses, or anyone who has opted out.
• Send misleading subject lines, hide who you are, or impersonate anyone.
• Promote illegal products, adult content, gambling, crypto schemes, phishing or malware.
• Exceed a 5% bounce rate or generate repeated spam complaints.

Every email must identify you, include a working opt out and your postal address, and you must follow the laws that apply to your recipients (for example CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR and PECR). We monitor bounce and complaint rates and may pause campaigns or suspend accounts that put the network at risk.
